Afternoon Coffee Meetings (1pm) are devoted to MGV brainstorming for events, garden talk, and networking amongst members. Meetings are informal and all members of the association are invited to attend.

If you would like to help us find a meeting spot in a community, please let us know! Coffee shops, small restaurants, or people’s homes have been used in the past. Contact Mike Maddox (mike.maddox@ces.uwex.edu) with your suggestions.


Monthly Business Meetings (6pm) are formal business meetings with committee reports as needed. All association members are invited and have voting privileges. All business meetings are held at Rotary Botanical Gardens. An executive meetings is held at 5:30pm, prior to each monthly business meetings.
